摘　　要：基于振动训练的特点和优势,针对肩部周围肌肉,通过各种试验优选原料和配方,研发生产一种能刺激肩部周围肌肉的振荡杆。应用实验表明该振荡杆能满足研发要求,对肩部周围肌肉有明显的刺激作用。Based on the characteristics and advantages of vibration training, a kind of oscillating rod which can stimulate the muscles around the various tests of selection of raw materials and gained oscillating rod can meet the requirement muscles around the shoulder. shoulder was researched and developed through formulations.
