摘　　要：目的了解山区村民结核病防治知识知晓现况,评价结核病健康促进效果,为结核病防治工作提供依据。方法采用问卷方式对村民有关结核病的传播、主要症状、就诊地点、国家政策、结核病治疗转归等核心信息进行调查。结果调查1 722名村民,5条核心信息总知晓率为30.70%;全部不知晓率为43.38%;全部知晓率仅为4.24%;单一知晓率传播途径为36.96%、主要症状为40.24%、诊治地点为35.37%、免费政策为11.21%、治疗转归为29.67%。结论山区村民结核病防治知识知晓率低,健康促进工作有待加强,采取有效手段,全面提高结核病防治知识知晓率是今后工作的重点。Objective To understand the awareness level of mountain farmers about the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis,appraise the health promotion effect,and provide references for the work of TB control and treatment in future.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the villagers＇ awareness about the ways of infection,major symptoms,treatment places,related policies,the treatment and prognosis of tuberculosis.Results Among the 1 722 villagers interviewed,the total awareness rate about 5 pieces of key information on TB prevention was 30.70%,the total unawarenes rate s was 43.38%,while rate of full awareness was only 4.24%.36.96% of interviewees knew about the correct infection ways,40.24% knew the major symptoms,35.37% knew about the place of treatment,11.21% knew about the free inspection and treatment policies,and 29.67% knew about the treatment and prognosis.Conclusion The awareness rate of the villagers in the mountain areas about the TB prevention and control is low.The health promotion work needs to be intensified.Improving the awareness rate of TB prevention and control comprehensively by taking effective measures should be the focus of the future work.
