摘 要:针对当前铁路运输能力计算面临的新问题,综合分析国内外在铁路运输能力计算方法上的优缺点,提出最适合我国路情的扣除系数法亟需改进。通过提出基准列车和连发率等新概念,改进铁路通过能力计算理论方法,分别对双线自动闭塞线路和客运专线进行扣除系数取值和通过能力计算研究,最后以京沪线一段和京沪高铁为例分别印证改进方法的合理性和可靠性。Aiming at new problems confronted by calculation of railway transport capacity currently, and analyzing advantages and disadvantages of calculation methods of railway capacity at home and abroad, the article brings forward that the coefficient of deduction, which is the most suitable to railway situation in our country, is urgently be improved. First, the calculation theory method of railway carrying capacity is improved by new concepts, such as a benchmark train and a continuous departure rate. Then coefficient of deduction and calculation of carrying capacity are researched for double-line automatic block lines and passenger dedicated lines. At last, the rationality and reliability of the improved method are verified by the cases of a section of Jing-hu Line and Jing-hu High-speed Line.
