摘　　要：综述了近30年我国图书馆时间管理研究进展,认为该方面的研究力量比较薄弱,研究状态不够活跃,整体研究水平不高,尚未成为引人注目的图书馆管理研究领域。"外在量变时间观"根本制约着近30年的图书馆时间管理的研究视野。"内在质变时间观"视角下的时间价值管理将是今后图书馆时间管理研究具有极具探索潜力的重点领域。the author reviews the advances in Chinese library time management research over the last 30 years,and points out that that the Chinese library time management research is relatively weak and inactive,and remains in a low level, and that insufficient attention has been paid on the library time management. The ＂ time concept of external quantitative change＂ fundamentally restricts the development of library time management research in the last 30 years. Undoubtedly, the research of time value management under the perspective of ＂ time concept of inner quantitative change＂ will be the focus of this field with great potential in exploration.
