棉籽蛋白的提取及棉籽蛋白塑料的改性研究

摘  要:以棉籽粕为原料,用盐提取的方法,研究3种不同的盐对棉籽蛋白提取率的影响.在单因素实验分析基础上,进行正交实验,得出采用硫酸铵提取棉籽蛋白纯度最佳为100%.同时研究环氧氯丙烷、乙二醇对蛋白质塑料力学性能和吸水率的影响.实验结果表明:加入环氧氯丙烷能显著降低棉籽蛋白可降解材料的吸水率和提高可降解材料的拉伸强度,乙二醇赋予材料最优的断裂伸长率.Raw material we used in this experiment is the cottonseed dregs.Using salts as the adopting method the effect of three different salts on the extraction rate was investigated.On the basis of single factor test and the orthogonal test,the optimum conditions of extracting cottonseed protein by ammonium sulfate were obtained,and the purity of protein was 100 %.At the same time,the influence of epoxy of propane and diethylene glycol on the mechanical properties of cottonseed protein and plastic bibulous rate was studied.The results showed that adding epoxy of propane could significantly lower the water rates of degradation material of cottonseed protein and improved the tensile strength,and diethylene glycol could give materials the best elongation at break.
