摘 要:研究硼酸三丁酯、硼酰化钴的合成方法,考察各种因素对合成硼酸三丁酯、硼酰化钴的影响,并对硼酰化钴的应用性能进行研究.结果表明:合成的硼酸三丁酯的最佳反应配比为1∶6.5(m(硼酸)∶m(正丁醇)),最佳反应温度为110℃.合成硼酰化钴时按照先长链酸后短链酸的加料顺序,并且硼酰化反应之前的反应体系中必须无水.硼酰化钴对硫化具有很好的促进作用,对断裂伸长率影响不大,加入硼酰化钴后胶料定伸应力上升,抗拉强度下降.在未老化、热空气老化及盐水老化条件下,胶料与钢丝的粘合强度均有所提高.The synthesis of tributyl borate and cobalt boroacylate were studied,various factors on the synthesis of tributyl borate and cobalt boroacylate were investigated and the application of cobalt boroacylate properties was researched.The results showed that the synthesis of tributyl borate the optimum ratio was 1∶6.5(mass ratio),the reaction temperature was 110 ℃.Cobalt boroacylate synthesis of long chain acid must be done according to the first after the short-chain acid.The acylation reaction system must be no water.Cobalt boroacylate promoted positive effects on sulfide,,and had little effect on the elongation at break.After adding cobalt boroacylate plastic correctly predicted modulus increased,and the tensile strength decreased.Before aging,the aging of hot air aging and saline conditions,the plastic material and wire bonding strength were all improved.
