摘　　要：在长大隧道施工过程中,二次衬砌模板台车净空小,空气流通不畅,影响了施工人员工作环境。为改善工人工作环境,以云桂铁路富宁隧道出口段为例,介绍大净空新型无骨架隧道衬砌模板台车,主要包括新型模板台车主体结构、安装边界条件、劳动力组织、辅助设备及新型模板台车的安装步骤等。经施工生产证明:该安装方法效率高、耗时短、可操作性强,完全满足施工进度,同时该设备的应用大大改善了隧道通风环境。In the construction of long tunnels,the air flow at the working face is blocked by the lining formwork trolley,which results in poor working environment.Therefore,new type of lining formwork trolley is developed to improve the working environment.The structure,assembling requirements,labor organization,assistant equipment and assembling procedure of the new type of lining formwork trolley are presented,with the case of the exit section of Funing tunnel on Kunming-Nanning railway as an example.The assembling practice demonstrates that the assembling method described is efficient,time-saving and flexible and can completely meet the tunneling requirements.The application of the new type of lining formwork trolley can greatly improve the ventilation effects of the tunnel.
