摘　　要：为适应TBM快速掘进、步进对仰拱预制块生产的要求,以西秦岭铁路隧道仰拱预制块生产为研究背景,介绍仰拱预制厂生产规模和工艺确定、功能区域设置、生产设备配置以及排水、防水、通风、应急照明等配套系统的建设及日常维护要点,并着重阐述了在整体弃碴填筑体上带天车运行轨道钢结构预制厂房的基础建设、运用液压翻转机脱模和空中翻转情况下厂房高度的确定办法。实践证明,配置合理、功能齐全、配套系统完善的预制厂房能够更有效地利用资源,确保快速连续的生产施工。The production capacity,production process,function area arrangement,equipment,drainage system,waterproofing system,ventilation system,emergency lighting system,as well as routine maintenance of the invert segment precasting plant of West Qinling railway tunnel are presented.The foundation of the invert segment precasting plant,which is of steel structure and is built on muck-filled site,is presented with emphasis.The height of the invert segment precasting plant,which can meet the requirements of formwork removing and segment turning in air by means of hydraulic turning machines,is described in detail.The practice shows that the resources can be effectively used and rapid and continuous production can be guaranteed if the invert segment precasting plant has rational arrangement,complete functions and good supporting systems.
