摘 要:本试验研究了灌服三种复方中药水煎剂后鲤鱼生长、免疫以及血液生化指标的变化。选用健康1龄鲤鱼,按平均体重分四组,每组40尾,设置两个重复在相同条件下喂养。连续灌服中药28 d后采样检测各项指标。结果表明,三个灌服中药组鲤鱼的增重率均比对照组有显著的提高。方剂AH、AB在有细菌性抗原侵入时能提高血清中总蛋白(TP),白蛋白(ALB)及球蛋白(GLB)的含量。方剂AH能显著提高血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的含量。反应肝功能的指标中,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的含量均能被三种中药显著降低。方剂CD组显著提高了血清中尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(CREA)的含量。当有细菌性抗原侵入机体时,AH和AB组均能显著提高血清中铁的含量。血清内补体C3、C4研究结果表明,未注射细菌性抗原时三种中药复方均能使C3、C4含量显著高于对照组;注射细菌性抗原后,仅C4含量显著高于对照组。NO和NOS的研究结果显示了较大的组织差异性。血清中,中药组鲤鱼NO和NOS的含量均显著高于对照组,而肝脏中仅在注射细菌性抗原后中药组iNOS的含量会显著高于对照组。综合结果显示,三种复合方剂均在不同程度上对鲤鱼的生长和免疫起到了促进作用。Effects of three kinds of Chinese herbal compound (PESM) on growth, immunity and blood biochemical indicator of Cyprinus carpio were studied. A total of 160 fingerlings were divided into four groups. Two repeats were contained in one group. We investigated the growth, immunity and biochemical indices of Cyprinus carpio after feeding the Cyprinus carpios with PESM continuously for 28 days. The results showed that testing groups exhibited an apparent increase in the weight growth rate compared to control group. It was found that formula AH and AB could increase the concentration of TP, ALB and GLU when bacterial antigen invades. As for AKP concentration, AH group appears to be increased significantly in all the situations. For the indices of liver function, all these three formulas could reduce the concentration of ALT and AST obviously while only formula AH can also reduce the concentration of LDH. In addition, formula CD could significantly increase the concentration of BUN and CREA as well as the blood sugar concentration; formula AH and AB could give a significant rise to the concentration of Fe in serum. The content of Complement 3 and Complement 4 were both increased significantly by three kinds of PESM compared with the control groups. For NO and NOS, the findings showed a larger difference between the organizations. The contents of NO and NOS in serum of Cyprinus carpios feed with Chinese herbal compound were significantly higher than them in control groups. However, in liver, only the contents of iNOS presenced the same change when bacterial antigen were injected. This work demonstrated that these three formula compounds can facilitate the growth of Cyprinus carpio as well as improve its immune system.
