摘 要:选择吉生和野生羊草种子为试材,分别测定0、0.1、1、5、10 mg.L-1浓度的2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-diehiohenoxyacetic acid,2,4-D)和不同浸种时间(24、48、72 h)对两种羊草种子发芽特征和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,促进吉生和野生羊草种子发芽的2,4-D浓度均维持在0.1~1 mg.L-1范围内,超过5 mg.L-1时,两种种子的发芽率均受到不同程度地抑制。0.1 mg.L-1的2,4-D溶液48 h浸种处理显著增加了吉生羊草幼苗长度和幼根长度(P<0.05),2,4-D处理没有明显增加野生羊草幼苗和幼根伸长。This test was used Leymus chinensis cv.Jisheng and wild Leymus chinensis seeds as the materials. And the effect of soaking time(24, 48, 72 h)and different 2, 4-D concentrations on the germination and seedling growth of two type seeds was determined,respectively. The concentration of which 2, 4-D increased the germination of both seed were kept between 0.1-1 rag. L-1. When the concentration exceed 5 mg· L^-1, the germination of both seed were inhibited in different degrees. The length of young seedling and young root of Leymus chinensis cv.Jisheng increased significantly through soaked by 1 rag. L-1 2, 4-D for 48 h, while 2, 4-D treatment had no significantly increased on the length of young seedling and young root wild Leymus chinensis seeds.
