摘　　要：从仿生学角度看,金融业存在同功金融现象,相同的金融功能拥有多样化的实现形式;民间融资在金融生态系统中具有特定的生态位,在信息、信用、信誉与信任方面具有相对竞争优势;民间融资是金融生态中的初级市场形态,有必要强化规管,使其规范发展。Analogous finance can be regarded as bionics concept, that is to say, the same financial function can be carried out by different financial institutions. Informal finance has a special ecological niche in the financial ecosystem, for it has an advantage in information,credit,reputation and trust. However, informal finance is a preliminary component of the financial ecosystem, it should be regulated moderately.
