摘　　要：为了支持我国民办高校健康持续的发展,降低筹资成本,本文首先分析了影响民办高校筹资成本的因素,同时分析了民办高校筹资过程中存在的问题,重点介绍了民办高校如何降低筹资成本的方法及途径,最后提出了降低筹资成本过程中必须注意的问题。In order to support the sustainable development of private colleges and universities in China, and to reduce their financing costs, this paper analyzes the factors which impact the financing cost of private colleges and universities. The problems of the process of financing in private colleges and universities are also analyzed. Following the introduction of the methods which are able to reduce the financing cost of private colleges and universities, the key points for reducing financing costs which have to pay attention are demonstrated finally.
