摘　　要：在城乡统筹发展的时代背景下,探究农民工城市社会的适应性,分析了制度因素、社会因素及个人因素对农民工城市适应的影响与障碍,提出了重塑社会价值理念、推动制度创新、变革城市社会组织机制、重构个体网络支持系统等推动农民工城市适应的策略,保障社会变迁中的社会整合和秩序,推进城乡统筹发展、有效完成工业化、城市化、现代化战略。The article explores the adaptability of peasant laborers into the city;analyzes the effect and obstacle of system factors, social factors and individual factors to make peasant laborers adapting to the city;proposes the concept of reshaping social values, driving the connovation of system, reforming the system of municipal community, rebuilding individual network supporting system to promote the strategy of adaptability of peasant laborers into the city, guarantee social integrity and order of social reform, push forward the integrating development of the urban and the rural and accomplish the strategy of industrialization, urbanization and modernization.
