摘　　要：秦皇岛市非物质文化遗产资源丰富,历史悠久,开发利用前景广阔,但也存在投入与政策支持不足,缺少专业研究人员与高水平的学术研究成果等。因此应采取相应措施大力发展秦皇岛市非物质文化遗产:一是科学分级,合理开发;二是结合地域特色,重点开发名人文化资源;三是拓展开发空间,注重物质文化遗产与非物质文化遗产的结合。There are numerous intangible cultural heritages in Qinhuangdao,with long history and broad development prospects.However,there is inadequate investment and policy support,shortage of researchers and high-level academic results.As a result,appropriate measures shall be taken to promote the development of intangible cultural heritages： scientific categorization and rational development;develop the cultural resources concerning renowned people in combination with the local features;expand the development space,integrating both the tangible and intangible cultural heritages.
