摘　　要：对皖北农村的生活垃圾乱扔乱倒的问题进行了客观分析。重点关注皖北农村生活垃圾的种类及危害,并对农村生活垃圾的管理模式及处理方式进行分析,在借鉴国外和国内发达地区经验的基础上提出农村生活垃圾管理及处理的相关对策,以共建"村容整洁"的社会主义新农村。This paper makes an objective analysis of the problem of littering and dumping daily rubbish in the rural areas of northern Anhui province.It focuses on the types of daily rubbish and its hazards,analyses modes of management and processing of rural waste,and,based on the experience of foreign and domestic developed areas,proposes the remedies of management and measures to build a ＂clean and tidy＂ socialist countryside.
