摘　　要：高校建设校级"职工之家"以及院(系)"职工小家"是工会组织密切联系广大教职工的重要平台,是高校工会工作的出发点和落脚点,是增强基层工会活力的有效手段,它顺应了和谐校园建设的需要,是社会主义和谐社会建设的"善举"。通过对学校和基层分工会建家工作的重要性和必要性的分析,结合实际,提出建家工作的新思路、新举措等。The constructions of ＂staff＇s home＂ at the university level and ＂staff member＇ s family＂ at the departmental level are crucial platforms of close connection between labor union and the great quantity of teaching staff, are the starting .point and footing, and effective means of strengthening the vigor of basic - level trade u- nion, which meet the need of the construction of a harmonious campus and are the ＂good deeds＂ of the construc- tion of a harmonious socialist society. Based on the analyses of the importance and necessity of constructing homes at different levels of labor union and with reference to the reality, this paper proposes new concepts and measures of constructing such homes.
