摘　　要：介绍了热塑性塑料注射成型过程中,使用Moldflow软件对塑件的成型过程进行模拟分析,确定了浇口位置、充填时间、锁模力情况。分析结果对模具设计及塑件注射成型工艺具有指导作用。Thermoplastics molding is introduced in the article. Moldflow software is used to simulate the injection molding process. The gate location are determined. The problems such as gas porosity, warping and weld line are forecasted. The analysis results have guidance function to plastic molding design and products forming.
