摘　　要：螺杆钻具在使用过程中会发生诸多损坏落井事故,其原因不仅与材料处理、加工工艺和技术水平有关,还与钻井方式、钻井参数、施工人员技术水平以及保养维护有关。应加强从螺杆钻具的设计到使用等一系列过程的监督,从而制造出性能佳、寿命长的高效螺杆钻具,提高钻井速度,减少事故发生率以及事故处理时间,降低钻井成本。The screw drills may be damaged and then fall in the well when being in use.The damage may relate to the material,processing technique and the manufacturing technology of the drills.Such things as the way of well-drilling,drilling parameters,the skills of the workers and equipment maintenance can also damage the drills.The process from the design to the use of the screw drills should be supervised in order to make drills with good function and durance.Then,the speed of drilling can be raised,the accidents can be lowered,the time to deal with the faults can be decreased.At last,the cost of drilling can be reduced.
