摘 要:叙述了超超临界1 000 MW火力发电机组塔式锅炉设置烟气余热换热器的方案,指出,在引风机出口烟道装设余热换热器,将烟气温度从123℃(THA工况)降至80℃,经过热力学分析,把回收的热量送入凝结水回热系统,可降低发电标煤耗1.06 g/kW.h,每台机组可减少脱硫用水40.7×104 t/a。The flue gas heat exchanger settled in the updraft boiler of 1000MW coal power plant is demonstrated in this paper.The exchanger is installed in the exiting flue gas duct of the induced draft fan.So that the temperature of flue gas can be decreased from 123 ℃ to 80 ℃(THA operating condition assumed).The recycled heat is back into the condensation water system.Thermodynamic analysis shows that it can reduce standard coal consumption 1.06g / kWh and reduce annual water consumption of desulfuration 407,000 tons per unit.
