摘 要:目的研究KLF14基因rs972283多态性与宁夏2型糖尿病的关系。方法用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性的方法(RFLP-PCR),对宁夏2型糖尿病患者(DM组)和正常对照组(NC组)KLF14基因rs972283位点进行基因多态性和等位基因频率分析,测定相应生化指标。结果 KLF14基因rs972283位点多态性在DM组和NC组的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DM组内携G等位基因患者的体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、血胆固醇(TC)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均高于携A等位基因者,DM组内携G等位基因者胰岛β细胞功能(HOME-β)较携A等位基因者低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 KLF14基因rs972283位点多态性可能与宁夏2型糖尿病发病无关,与肥胖、血脂代谢等有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of KLF14 rs972283 and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Ningxia. Methods Polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism ( PCR - RFLP) and case - control was used to analyze the KLF14 rs972283 and measure the clinical parameters in T2DM and the controls. Results There were no significant differences in genotypic and allelic frequ- encies of the KLF14 rs972283 polymorphism in T2DM and controls. The BMI, WHR, TC and HOMA - IR in patients with G allele of T2DM were significantly higher than those in the controls. The HOMA - 13in patients with G allele of T2DM were significantly lower than those in the control ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The polymorphism of KLF14 rs972283 may have no relation with T2DM in Ningxia, but it may have relation with obesity and lipids metabolism.
