摘  要:针对口腔治疗设备牙椅俯仰机构的设计要求,设计了以曲柄滑道机构为基础的新型牙椅俯仰机构,使牙椅俯仰机构的运行更加平稳可靠;机构的动力装置采用了以丝杠螺母机构为基础的直线驱动系统,有效简化了动力源装置及曲柄滑轨机构,使传动机构整体更加紧凑,且传动性能可根据需要进行相应调整;运动补偿机构的设计保证了椅面与靠背的同步运动,减轻了椅位转换过程中带给病患的不舒适感.对曲柄滑轨机构的有效改进,提升了机构运行的合理性,进一步提升了产品品质.This paper is aimed at the design request of pitch mechanism for the dental treatment equipment,and design a new kind of pitch mechanism that based on crank slide mechanism,so that the dental chair′s pitch mechanism run more stable and reliable;The power device of the pitch mechanism uses screw-nut mechanism-based linear drive system,the power device simplifies the power device and crank slide mechanism so that the overall transmission is more compact,and the transmission performance can be adjusted as needed;The design of the motion compensation mechanism is to make the dental chair′s seat and backrest moving together,reducing the patient′s discomfort when the position of dental chair′s conversion is processing.The effective improvement for crank slide mechanism to enhance the rationality of the mechanism′s running,and further enhance the product quality.
