摘　　要：通过阐述日本国内支持和反对加入TPP两派的观点,结合可计算一般均衡模型定量得出其加入TPP对各经济部门的影响,分析了日本政府在地震前的两难局面;再从大地震对日本农业各子行业的影响入手,综合政治因素后得到结论:日本在农业部门受大地震严重冲击后,其加入TPP的可能性较小,而对中国而言,这是一个经济上的利好的因素,同时给了中国在FTA战略中更多的主动性.This article analyzes the dilemma of Japan government on joining TPP before the big earthquake,by describing the domestic debate in Japan,and by calculating the impact of joining TPP on each sectors based on computable general equilibrium model.Then,the article analyzes the impact of earthquake on Japan′s agriculture and domestic political situation,and find out that the possibility of Japan′s joining TPP is relatively low in this certain situation which is favorable for China.
