摘　　要：[目的]研究血清降钙素原（PCT）在诊断血流感染患者的应用价值.[方法]选取胸部手术后ICU病人100例为研究对象,其中50例于术后发生全身感染、毒血症或全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）,对所有患者进行静脉血培养,同时测定血清PCT结果,并运用受试工作特征（ROC）曲线对PCT诊断价值进行评价.[结果]运用资料中数个诊断点做ROC曲线得到的PCT值显示ROC曲线下面积大于90%,故其检出效能高.[结论]PCT作为血流感染的诊断方式具有较高的灵敏度、特异度,可通过动态监测PCT预测患者严重程度,降低死亡风险,值得临床推广.[Objective] To investigate the value of procalcitonin（PCT） in the diagnosis of hematogenous infection. [Methods] A total of 100 patients in ICU after chest surgery were selected as the study subjects. Systemic infection, sepsis or inflammatory response syndrome occurred in 50 patients of them after surgery. Venous blood of all patients was cultured. Meanwhile, serum PCT was measured. Receiver operating curve（ROC） was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of PCT. [Results] The value of PCT obtained from ROC curve by using many diagnostic points in the data showed that the area below ROC was more than 90% . Therefore the detective efficacy was high. [Conclusion] PCT as the diagnostic method of hematogenous infection has high sensitivity and specificity. The dynamic monitoring of PCT can predict the severity of the patients and reduce the death risk, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
