血必净治疗脓毒症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察血必净注射液治疗脓毒症患者的临床疗效.[方法]将80例脓毒症患者分为观察组40例和对照组各40例.对照组按常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用血必净注射液50 mL静脉滴注,2次/日,连用7 d.于治疗前和治疗后 d8观察两组白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞比例（N）、体温（T）、呼吸频率（RR）、心率（HR）以及治疗前后抽取静脉血检测血清降钙素原（PCT）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白介素6（IL-6）水平,观察d28病死率及住ICU 时间.[结果]两组患者治疗后各项指标均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.01）;血必净组WBC、N%、T、RR、HR、PCT、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平及d28病死率、ICU时间较对照组显著下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.[结论]血必净注射液能够改善脓毒症患者的临床症状,降低病死率.[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection for the treatment of sepsis patients. [Methods]Eighty patients with sepsis were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients in the control group were given conventional therapy. Forty patients in observation group were given 50ml Xuebijing injection iv gtt based on the conventional therapy. White blood cell count（WBC）, neutrophil ratio（N%）, body temperature（T）, respiration（R） and heart rate（HR） were observed in two groups before and 8 days after treatment. The venous blood was collected for detecting the levels of serum procalcitonin（PCT）, C-reactive protein（CRP）, tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-a） and interleukins-6（IL-6） before and after treatment. The mortality in 28 days and the total time in ICU were observed. [Results] Compared with before treatment, the indicators of two groups after treatment significantly decreased（ P 〈0.01）. Compared with control group, the WBC, N%, T, R, HR, PCT, CRP, TNF-a and IL-6 in Xuebijing group significantly decreased（ P 〈0.05）. Moreover, the mortality rate in 28 days and the total time in ICU in Xuebijing group decreased more markedly than those in the control group, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Xuebijing injection can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sepsis and reduce the mortality. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of inflammatory reaction.
