CD8＋CD28-调节性T细胞在子痫前期患者外周血中的表达及意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨子痫前期（PE）患者外周血CD8＋ CD28-调节性T细胞数量的变化及其临床意义.[方法]选择住院确诊的重度子痫前期（SPE）孕妇24例（A组）、轻度子痫前期（MPE）孕妇20例（B组）为研究对象,以30例正常妊娠晚期孕妇为对照组（C组）,采用流式细胞技术检测并比较三组外周血中CD8＋ T细胞表面CD28分子的表达.[结果]A组、B组孕妇外周血CD8＋ CD28-调节性T细胞表达水平均显著低于C组（P〈0.05）;而A组、B组CD8＋ CD28＋T细胞表达水平均显著高于C组（P〈0.05）.[结论]子痫前期患者体内存在外周血CD8＋ CD28-调节性T细胞的异常,其数量的减少使T细胞免疫抑制功能减弱,参与了PE的病理过程,导致PE的发生.[Objective] To explore the expression of CD8＋ CD28- Treg cells in peripheral blood of preeclampsia（PE） patients and its significance. [Methods] The 24 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia （SPE） （group A） and 20 pregnant women with mild preeclampsia（MPE）（group B） in our hospital were chosen as study objects The 30 normal pregnant women（group C） were chosen as control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect and compare the expression of CD28 molecule of CD8＋ T cell surface in peripheral blood among 3 groups. [Results]The level of CD8＋ CD28 Treg cells in peripheral blood of group A and B were obviously lower than that of group C（ P 〈0.05）. However, the expression of CD8＋ CD28＋ Treg in group A and B were obviously higher than that in group C（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]PE patients have abnormal CD8＋ CD28 regulatory T-cells. The decreasing of CD8＋ CD28- regulatory T-cell number may attenuate T-cell immune suppression function and involve in the pathogenesis of PE, which results in the occurrence of PE.
