摘  要:目前,由于温湿度控制精度难于量化和提高,所以一直是烟草企业关注的难点。本文在六西格玛DMAIC改进流程的基础上,提出量化和提高温湿度控制精度的质量改进方法。引用统计学中的标准差量化温湿度精度这个指标,使得精度变得可测量;运用因果矩阵和FMEA分析影响温湿度控制精度的因素,运用双样本T检验等统计工具论证因素的显著性;将温度标准差从项目前的0.420 1降至0.261 8,控制精度提升37.7%。湿度标准差从项目前的1.358降至0.721,湿度控制精度提升了46.9%。It is difficult to quantitate and improve temperature and humidity control accuracy(ITHCA),so that is the difficulty which tobacco enterprises pay attention to at present.Proposes the method of quantitating and improving ITHCA,which is based on DMAIC process.Quantifies the accuracy of the temperature and humidity by using standard deviation in statistics,which makes the precision become measurable.Uses causal matrix and FMEA to analyze the factors which impact temperature and humidity control accuracy,then employs two-sample T-test to demonstrate the significance of this factors.The temperature standard deviation decreases from 0.420 1 to 0.261 8 while temperature control accuracy improved 37.7%.And humidity standard deviation is decreased from 1.358 to 0.721 while humidity control accuracy is improved 46.9%.
