建设海口乡村生态休闲大园区刍议

摘　　要：建设海口城郊生态休闲大观园，促进农村发展休闲农业，在以农富农的同时，增加以旅富农的新途经，泽被城乡。意义深远。通过分析了21世纪三大消费新潮，列举了海口乡村的气候资源、生态资源、亲水资源和旅游资源的优势，对依托海口城市居民和国内避寒候鸟一族的消费潜力、建设海口乡村生态休闲大园区提出了五个方面的对策建议：一是琼山先行起步：二是精心打造大园区的“文化彩门”；三是激活南渡江；四是以农民为主体，农企合作；五是整体包装与市场营销。It is significant to build rural ecological tourism area in Haikou, as a channel to promote leisure agriculture and raise farmers income. Analysing three consumption trends in 21st century,the advantages of climate, ecological and tourism resources in Haikou rural areaore listed, and advice on building rural ecological tourism area for local residents and tourists is given： to start the program in Qiongshan; to add cultural connotation in the program; to activate the Nandu River, to cooperate with farmers; to carry out overall package and marketing.
