摘 要:随着海南实施国际旅游岛战略,旅游商品的开发与销售越来越重要。而旅游商品的开发与销售离不开采购管理。可以说,旅游商品采购在经营中战略地位的提高,它对经营能否在竞争中取胜具有越来越重要的影响,因此,如何进行商品采购管理十分关键。为了科学地组织旅游商品采购.经营单位必须根据自身状况,建立相应的采购机构。一是注重旅游商品的采购人员,二是制定旅游商品经营目录,三是合理选择采购渠道,四是重视购货谈判与签订合同。With the implementation o f Hainan International Tourism Island strategy, the development and sales of tourism merchandise are becoming more and more important. Meanwhile, the development and sales of tourism merchandise can not be separated from purchasing management. The increasing strategic importance of tourism merchandise's purchasing is playing a more and more significant part in marketing competition. Therefore, how to perform the purchasing management is a key step. In order to organize the purchasing of tourism merchandise in a scientific way, the sale entity must establish the corresponding purchasing system according to its own conditions. Firstly, we are required to attach importance to the purchasing staff of tourism merchandise; secondly, provide the catalogue of tourism merchandise; thirdly, choose the proper purchasing channels; fourthly, put more energy on purchasing negotiation and contract signing.
