早食李成熟胚离体培养研究

摘　　要：以早食李成熟胚为研究材料，对影响早食李成熟胚培养的基本培养基、外源生长调节剂6-BA的浓度进行了初步研究，结果表明，早食李最佳的基本培养基为F14培养基，最适的BA浓度为0．5mg／L。The mature embryo of Zaoshi plum was used as materils to research tactors such as basic medium and 6-BA, which affects the culture of mature Zaoshi plum. The results showed that the best basic medium for culture of mature Zaoshi plum is F14, and the best concentration of 6-BA is 0.Smg/L.
