摘　　要：近年来,随着新农村建设和农村经济的不断发展,农村环境污染问题日趋严重,加强农村环境污染防治工作显得日益重要。从农村环境污染的现状入手,分析农村环境污染形成及不断恶化的原因,提出建立和完善我国农村环境污染防治的法制对策。With the new rural construction and the continuous development of the rural economy, the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas has been worsening in the recent years. Therefore, it is increasingly imperative to strengthen the prevention and control of environmental pollution. In view of the present situation of environmental pollution in rural areas, the paper analyses the cause of rural worsening environmental pollution, and formulates the legal measures of establishing and perfecting the rural environmental pollution prevention and control.
