摘 要:目的:解决复方南板蓝根片中南板蓝根薄层色谱的阴性干扰问题,建立新的薄层色谱法(TLC法)。方法:采用TLC法对处方中南板蓝根定性鉴别,展开剂为甲苯-三氯甲烷-丙酮(10∶6∶2),展距14 cm,紫外光灯(365 nm)下检视。结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光主斑点,阴性无干扰。结论:新方法简单可行、分离效果好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。The study was aimed to solve the negative interfere of the thin layer chromatography(TLC) in the detection of South Isatis Root in the Compound South Isatis Root tablets.A new TLC detection standard was established.The deployment system was C7H8∶CHCl3∶C3H6O=10∶6∶2.The start distance was 14 cm.And the detection was conducted at UV(365 nm).The results showed that in the chromatography,samples had same spots with the positive control.And in negative control,no spots had been detected.It is concluded that the new method is easy and practical with good separating effects.The method is optimal for the quality control of Compound South Isatis Root tablets.
