摘 要:目的:建立臭灵丹草挥发油的气相指纹图谱,以控制其质量。方法:进样口温度为250℃,检测器温度为250℃,载气(氦气)流速为10.0 mL.min-1,并采用程序升温对10批臭灵丹草挥发油成分的气相色谱进行分析。结果:共标出10个特征峰,其平均峰面积之和为总峰面积的(64.37±9.74)%。结论:本方法精密度、重现性、稳定性好,各挥发油成分分离较好,所建立的指纹图谱可作为臭灵丹草挥发油的质量控制依据。The study was aimed to establish gas chromatography(GC) fingerprints for Laggerae herba aetherolea and the control of its quality.The sample injector temperature was 250 ℃ and the detector temperature was 250 ℃.The flow rate of carrier gas(helium) was 10.0 mL·min-1.Temperature programming was adopted in GC analysis of 10 batches of Laggerae Herba.The results showed that 10 peaks were marked out.And the summation of average peak area was(64.37 ± 9.74) % of the total peak area.It was concluded that the method is of high degree of precision,reproducibility and stability.The resolving of each component in the aetherolea is good.The established fingerprints can be used as one of the quality control index for Laggerae herba aetherolea.
