Study on the Salt Tolerance of 7 Groundcover Plants

摘  要:应用不同NaCl水溶液处理法,比较研究了华南地区栽培的7种常见地被植物幼苗在盐胁迫条件下的存活率、盐害指数、叶绿素荧光参数、根和叶的K+浓度、Na+浓度、K+/Na+值、叶片相对电导率和相对含水量等指标,并运用隶属函数值对其植物耐盐性进行综合评定。结果表明:在7种参试植物中,小蚌兰Rhoeo spathacea和鸢尾Iris tectorum的耐盐性较强,在含盐量为6‰以下的土壤中能正常生长;白蝴蝶Syngonium podophyllum'White Butterfly'和葱兰Zephyranthes candida的耐盐能力中等,在含盐量为4‰以下的土壤中能正常生长;扶芳藤Euonymus fortunei、花叶良姜Alpinia zerumbet'Variegata'和白雪姬Tradescantia sillamontana耐盐能力较弱,在含盐量为2‰以下的土壤中能正常生长。这些植物在盐胁迫条件下,其存活率、Fv/Fm值、叶片相对含水量和K+/Na+值4个指标呈现出随着盐胁迫浓度的上升而降低的趋势;盐害指数、叶片相对电导率、根和叶的Na+浓度呈现随盐浓度的上升而上升趋势;而各器官K+浓度的变化趋势则不显著。The survival rate, the salinity susceptibility indexes, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, the content of K+ and Na+, K+/ Na+ ratio, relative conductance and water content of seven cultivated groundcover plant seedlings in South China under the salt stress were studied by growth experiment. One year old seedlings were exposed to four level treatments of salt treammnts(contained 0, 2, 4, 6 g NaCl/kg soil). Effects of NaC1 on the seedling survival and growth were analyzed. The salt tolerance of 7 groundcover plants was assessed. The results showed that Rhoeo spathacea and Iris tectotlnn were the most salt-tolerant species among 7 herbs studied and could maintain nonnal growth in the soil salinity below 6%o. Syngonium podophyllum'White Butterfly'and Zephyranthes can&da were of moderately tolerance and could maintain normal growing in the soil salinities between 2~4 %o. Euonymus fbrruzwi, AJpi, lia sanderae 'Varie~,ta', and Tradesz-antia sillamontana were less salt-tolerant and could maintain nom^al growth in the soil salilfity lower than 2 ‰. Under the salt stress, the survival rate, chlorophyll fluorescence, K+/Na+ ratio, relative water content of the plants decreased with the salt stress, while the salinity susceptibility indexes, the content of Na+ as well as relative conductance of the plants increased with the salinity of the soil. However, no clear trend was found for the variation of content of K+.
