摘  要:为确定有效促进黄瓜果皮着色,提高果品品质的最佳烯效唑(S3307)处理浓度,在黄瓜初花期分别用质量浓度为0,50,100,150,200,250 mg.L-1的S3307喷施黄瓜果实。结果表明,50 mg.L-1的S3307对黄瓜有良好的着色作用,喷施后,延缓株高、茎粗、单株产量增长,果皮着色效果明显,有机酸含量下降,总糖含量、Vc含量和可溶性蛋白质含量升高。这说明50 mg.L-1的S3307有良好的着色作用并能改善黄瓜的品质,因此这种试剂在生产上可能有一定的应用价值。The effects of S3307 on formation of anthocyanion and qualities of cucumber fruit were studied by spraying different concentrations of S3307 such as 0,50,100,150,200,250 mg · L^-1 on the fruit of cucumber before harvest respectively. The purpose of this research is to find the optimum concentration of S3307 that could improve coloring of cucumber skin efficiently and enhance fruit quality. The results showed that 50 mg · L^-1 S3307 could improve coloring of cucumber peel efficiently ,delay growth of plant height and stem diameter, im- prove yield per plant,decrease organic acid content,and increase the content of sugar,Vc and soluble protein. This showed that 50 mg· L^-1 S3307 could improve coloring of cucumber peel and enhance fruit quality,so this reagent had a good application potential on production.
