摘　　要：在分析大型企业原始创新模式的基础上,对区域创新系统的知识配置能力、创新文化重视程度、政府支持力度、知识产权保护力度、金融市场完善程度、技术市场成熟度、人才市场成熟度、市场集中度、技术发展阶段、大型企业整体能力、企业生命周期等影响大型企业原始创新模式选择的因素进行研究。运用熵权法和模糊综合评价法构建了大型企业原始创新模式选择的决策模型,明确了原始创新模式选择应遵循的原则,为大型企业原始创新模式的选择提供了可供借鉴的范本。Based on the analysis of large enterprises original innovation model,this paper analyzes knowledge distribution capability,emphasis of culture innovation,government support degree,intellectual property protection degree,financial market perfection degree,technology market maturity degree,talent market maturity degree,market concentration degree,technology development phase,overall capacity of large enterprises,business life cycle of RIS,and how they affect the selection of the large enterprise original innovation mode.What is more,it constructs the decision-making model of the selection of large enterprise original innovation mode,based on the entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The paper presents principles of the selection of the large enterprise original innovation mode,and provides a mode for reference.
