甘肃省粮食综合生产能力不同阶段的影响因素分析

摘　　要：根据1978～2008年甘肃省粮食总产量、单位面积产量和人均产量等粮食生产的相关资料,对粮食生产情况进行了阶段分析;选用农膜使用量、粮食播种面积、有效灌溉面积、化肥施用量、农业机械动力、受灾面积、价格指数等指标,建立了C-D生产函数,分析了不同阶段粮食综合生产能力变动的原因。结果表明:物质投入、科技投入和政策因素是影响甘肃省粮食综合生产能力的三个主要因素。提示甘肃省粮食综合生产能力仍然偏低,但增产潜力较大。This article made stage analysis of the situation of grain production based on relevant data including grain gross yield,yield per unit and per capita yield in Gansu province from 1978 to 2008,and applied some indicators such as the consumption of household plastic film,planting areas of grain crops,effective irrigation area,chemical fertilizer consumption,motive power of agricultural machinery,damage area,price index,and so on,to build the C-D production function,and analyzed the reasons why the overall grain production capability changed in different stages.The results showed that the main factors impacting the overall grain production capability in Gansu province were material input,science and technology input and policy issues,pointed out that the overall grain production capability in Gansu province was still low,but the growth potential was huge.
