生物节水专利现状及其对新疆干旱区的启示

摘　　要：【目的】分析生物节水专利现状,为新疆生物节水的研究应用及专利战略制定提供理论依据。【方法】采用欧洲专利局和中国国家知识产权局专利数据库作为数据检索源。【结果】目前关于生物节水专利方面的研究,国内很少,新疆尚属首次。共查到国内外相关专利418件,其中中国专利203件,外国专利215件,新疆专利5件。【结论】与国外相比,中国生物节水专利方面的发展起步晚,发展快;新疆未发挥干旱区地域优势,生物节水研究与国内其他地区差距明显。加强生物节水基础性研究,制定符合新疆干旱区农业发展的生物节水专利战略,提升专利保护意识,紧跟国内外生物节水先进技术发展方向,建立知识产权联盟,提高新疆专利申报数量和质量,助力科技成果转化和应用,对新疆农作物抗旱育种技术的发展及现代农业水资源高效利用都有着积极的作用。【Objective】To provide theoretical basis for biological water-saving research and patent strategy formulation of Xinjiang,we analyzed the present situation of biological water-saving patent at home and abroad.【Method】 Employing the European Patent Office and China＇s intellectual property rights net as the database.【Result】This is the first-time study conducted about biological water-saving patent in Xiniang.The total number about biological water-saving patent we found is 476,among which,261 are in China and 215 are obtained in foreign countries.Xinjing has 5.【Conclusion】There is a wide gap in biological water saving patent between Xinjiang and other areas in our country or other countries.It＇s important to address issues relating to crops biological water-saving in our region by strengthening researches and patent protection consciousness.
