石油企业安全文化影响因素系统分析

摘　　要：石油企业的安全文化管理和建设关系到石油企业的长治久安,综合专家意见得到石油企业安全文化影响因素27个,通过问卷设计、抽样调查和统计分析,筛选出影响较大的因素12个。借助于ISM解释结构模型,厘清了影响石油企业安全文化的表层因素、中层因素和深层因素。以此为结论为石油企业的安全文化建设提供了参考意见和建议。The management and construction of safety culture in petroleum enterprises are closely related to the prolonged stability of petroleum enterprises.Based on the summary of experts＇ opinions,27 influencing factors of safety culture in petroleum enterprises are found out.Then through the questionnaire,the sampling survey and the statistic analysis,12 factors that greatly influence safety culture of petroleum enterprises are picked out.Next,by means of interpretation structure model ISM,the surface factors,the middle factors and the deep factors influencing the enterprise safety culture are classified and clarified.Finally,based on the above analysis,some references and suggestions are offered to the construction of safety culture in petroleum enterprises.
