摘 要:石油化工流程模拟技术既广泛应用于新技术的研究开发过程,也广泛应用于项目建设过程,还广泛应用于生产过程。中国石化(SINOPEC)自2000年批量引进Aspen Tech公司流程模拟软件并推广应用以来,广泛进行技术人员的培训,在中国石化下属工程设计、科研单位和生产企业进行推广应用。通过10年的推广,流程模拟技术在中国石化下属炼化生产企业、工程设计和科研单位普及应用,完成炼化生产装置建模260余套,累计实现为企业降本增效数亿元,培训各类技术人员超过3500人次。流程模拟技术的推广,在提高工程设计能力和科研水平,实现生产装置的节能降耗、效益提升、潜力深挖等方面发挥了重要作用,已成为石油化工科研、设计和生产部门开发新技术、开展工程设计、优化生产运行不可或缺的辅助工具。流程模拟技术的推广应用,充分体现了科技创新、技术进步的成果,是利用信息技术提升传统产业,创建资源节约型、环境友好型社会的有益实践。Petrochemical process simulation technology has been used in a wide range of areas from the research and development of new technologies to project construction and production.Since it introduced a package of process simulation software from Aspen Tech in 2000,Sinopec has trained a host of technicians with the help of the software and applied the software in its engineering design,scientific research and production units.After 10 years of promotion of use,process simulation technology has found wide applications in Sinopec′s refining,engineering design and scientific research units.To date,more than 260 sets of models have been established for the company′s refining and chemical units and the application of the technology has saved hundreds of million yuan for the company.More than 3,500 technicians have been trained using this technology.Process simulation technology has played an important role in raising engineering design and scientific research capabilities and in saving energy,raising efficiency and tapping potential of production units.It has become an essential tool used in scientific research,technological development,engineering design and production and operation optimization in the petrochemical sector.Process simulation technology is a fruit of technological innovation and advancement and its application is a good practice of utilizing information technology to boost traditional industries and build a resource-efficient and environmentally responsible society.
