摘　　要：作战过程重组是对作战过程进行根本性的思考和彻底重新设计,以达到改进干预(作战)策略的目的。借鉴企业业务流程重组(BPR)的概念,阐述了作战过程重组(OPR)的概念,进行了可行性分析,并研究了其概念外延,确定了OPR的实现流程,最后给出了一个案例演示OPR的实现流程,证明OPR是切实可行的。Operation Process Reengineering is to drastically consider and redesign the operation process,so as to improve the operation strategy.Based on the Business Process Reengineering（BPR）,the conception of Operation Process Reengineering（OPR） is presented,the extension of OPR is studied,and the flow to actualize OPR is developed.At last,an example is presented to illustrate the flow of OPR,which shows the feasibility of OPR.
