摘　　要：在对传统心理战的理论及其实践进行学习、理解和分析的基础上,结合信息时代高技术战争的要求提出了一种新的基于视频的心理战理论,深入分析了基于视频的心理战信息生成系统的各个要素,并详细阐述了基于视频的心理战实施的关键技术。基于视频的心理战可以看作是信息时代高技术战争下心理战的一种具体形式,其理论是对传统心理战理论的延伸和有效补充,今后的工作将是进一步深化研究基于视频心理战的各个关键技术。In order to meet the requirement of high-technology warfare in the era of information age,a video based psychological warfare theory is proposed in this paper on the basis of traditional theory of psychological warfare.After that,the issue of information generating system and key technology in video based psychological warfare is discussed.The video based psychological warfare,which can be viewed as a specific form of traditional psychological warfare,effectively expand and supply the traditional theory.The further work is to deepen the research on the key technology of the video based psychological warfare.
