摘　　要：在以ARM 9为核心的某装备状态监测与故障诊断系统中,为了实现对模拟信号的采集,通过ARM 9微处理器S3C 2440A自带的A/D转换器,配合外围电路设计了模拟信号采集模块,在Windows CE嵌入式操作系统平台下,使用EVC开发工具,重点给出了ADC流接口驱动程序的设计方法,并通过Platform Bu ilder5.0将驱动程序加载入内核供应用程序使用。应用结果表明:该模块运行稳定、测量精确、结构紧凑、可扩展性强,具有较高的应用价值。In order to acquire the analog signals in Condition monitoring System for Certain Equipment Based on S3C2440A,the analog signals module is designed.It chooses the integrated ADC in the ARM9-S3C2440A processor,through the peripheral circuit,realizes the acquisition.Software platform is based on embedded operating system-Windows CE,and the development of application is realized by EVC.The design method of the ADC stream interface drivers program is given.Meanwhile,the driver is added to the operating system though the Platform Builder 5.0 software compilation.The testing results show that the analog signals acquisition system runs stability;tests accuracy,and the configuration is compact;the extendibility is strong,so its application is very valuable.
