我国不同地区群众体育资源配置效率研究

摘　　要：采用DEA模型等方法,对我国30个省区的群众体育资源配置效率进行分析与评价。结果表明:群众体育资源配置达到有效的地区为16.7%,绝大多数地区存在资源配置的不合理现象,并且绝大多数地区的无效是由规模效率的低下引起的。因此,当前群众体育发展的一个关键点就是调整资源配置规模,实现"粗放型"投入向"集约型"投入的转变,优化投入冗余与产出不足的群众体育资源配置结构。It analyzed the efficiency of resources allocation of the different provinces in China by DEA models,and the results showed that the effectiveness of its overall efficiency is less than 16.7%,and most provinces exist the phenomenon of unreasonable distribution of resources.Meanwhile,the main reasons can be caused by scale efficiency.Thus,the key point of mass sport is to adjust the scale of resource allocation,realize the transform ation from extensive development to intensive development,optimize the structure of input redundancy and output deficiency.
