摘　　要：近年来,河南电网迅猛发展,电网网架结构日趋复杂,影响因素越来越多,电网运行面临愈来愈多的考验和风险。本文结合国网公司"三集五大"体系建设、河南公司提出的"专项任务项目化、项目实施团队化"和2011年生产管理工作坚持"严、细、实","高、快、新"的工作要求,就如何将电网运行方式、基本建设项目、技术进步与技术改造项目、停电检修计划与物资材料五方面协同进行,全面提高电网运行管理工作水平,确保河南电网安全可靠和稳定运行进行了阐述分析。In recent years,the rapid development of Henan Power Grid,Power grid structure is becoming more complex factors are affected more and more safe and reliable operation of power grid is facing increasing challenges and risks.In this paper, the State Grid Corporation, ＂three episodes of five＂system, Henan company party ＂special mission projects,project implementation team＂of 2011 ,production management and adherence to the＂strict,detailed,real＂, ＂high,fast,new＂Work requirements and improve the production management level.The operation mode,the basic construction projects,technological progress and technological innovation proiects ,maintenance plans and materials for power in tandem, and comprehensively improve the level of network operation management, to ensure safe ,reliable and stable Henan power operation.
