三伏天穴位敷贴疗法对变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE、IL-4、IFN-γ的影响

摘　　要：目的观察三伏天穴位敷贴疗法对变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE及IL-4、IFN-γ的影响,为经腧穴处皮肤给药刺激经络系统达到调节免疫,治疗变应性疾病提供依据。方法在农历三伏天对变应性鼻炎患者进行穴位敷贴治疗,采用放射免疫法检测变应性鼻炎患者治疗前后及健康体检者血清IgE、IL-4和IFN-γ。结果治疗前变应性鼻炎患者血清总IgE及IL-4水平明显高于健康体检者(P<0.01),血清IFN-γ与健康体检者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经1个疗程穴位敷贴治疗后,患者血清总IgE较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但IL-4和IFN-γ无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论穴位敷贴疗法治疗变应性鼻炎可降低血清IgE水平。Objective To observe the effect of traditional chinese medicine（TCM） point application in dog days on serum IgE in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods Patients with allergic rhinitis were treated by traditional chinese medicine point application in dog days.The levels of total IgE,IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum were assayed by radioimmunoassay in 32 patients with allergic rhinitis and 46 healthy subjects came from health examination.Results Total serum IgE and IL-4 significantly increased in allergic patients compared with controls（P〈0.01）,and there were no significant difference of serum IFN-γ between cases and controls.After treatment using point application,total serum IgE in allergic patients decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,but the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ showed no difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Traditional chinese medicine point application in dog days can reduce the level of serum IgE in AR patients.
