摘  要:目的探讨脂联素(APN)水平及其单核苷酸基因多态性(SNP)+45T/G和+276G/T两个位点与原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法 238例研究对象分为对照组、原发性高血压组,采用实验-对照研究方法,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)及聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,对血浆脂联素浓度及脂联素两个位点基因多态性进行检测。结果与对照组相比EH组APN降低(P<0.05);EH组SNP+276T等位基因频率明显升高,多元线性回归分析显示+276基因多态性为EH危险因素。结论 EH患者APN水平下降,携带+276T等位基因者患EH的风险增加。Objective To explore the relationship of the adiponectin(APN) level,single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) +45 T / G and +276 G/T with the essential hypertension(EH).Methods 238 subjects were divided into control group and EH group.Experimental-control study was used.Concentration of the plasma adiponection and polymorphisms of the two polymorphisms of adiponectin were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RELP).Results Comparing with the control group,APN of the EH group significantly reduced and the genotype frequency of EH group on SNP+276T alleles rised significantly,Multiple linear regression(MLR) analysis showed that SNPS +276 locus was risk factor of EH.Conclusion APN level of patients with EH decline;People who carries the SNP + 276T alleles run more risk at EH.
