台州市湿地资源现状及保护管理对策探讨

摘　　要：台州市现有2 hm2以上湿地32.2万hm2,分为近海及海岸湿地、河流湿地、沼泽湿地和人工湿地4大类、18个湿地类型;共有湿地维管束植物134科438属722种,水生动物有鱼类2纲14目53科428种、甲壳类动物96种、软体动物4目7科11种,陆生动物有两栖动物2目7科20种、爬行类2目3科22种、鸟类10目21科120种、兽类4目6科17种;湿地保护管理与利用存在的主要问题是:湿地水质污染、过度围垦、生物资源过度利用、生物入侵危害严重。提出了完善湿地保护的地方规范制度,政府实行对重要湿地的完全控制,加强湿地保护区(小区)、湿地公园的规划建设,建立健全湿地环境监测网络等对策。Investigating on wetland resources in Taizhou,Zhejiang province demonstrated that there are 322 000 hectares wetland with at least area of 2 hectares,which can be divided into 18 types of 4 categories.There are 722 vascular species belonging to 438 families and 134 genera,428 species of fishes,96 species of crustacean,11 species of mollusk,20 species of amphibian,22 species of reptilian,120 species of birds,17 species of mammals.Problems are water pollution,over reclamation,over utilization of biological resources and risk of alien invasive.Countermeasures were offered such as improving local system,government input,enhancing protection of wetland,establishing monitoring net,etc.
