摘 要:研究了不同介质条件下,中低品位铝土矿在三辊四筒磨机中的磨矿行为。结果表明:以钢球为介质磨矿时,可以获得产率可观的合格粗粒精矿;以棒为介质磨矿时,可以显著改善磨矿产品的粒级组成,对后续的浮选工艺有益。过高的磨矿浓度和较少的棒介质数都会恶化棒磨磨矿效果,适宜的棒磨条件为磨矿浓度66.7%,介质根数16根。The grinding behavior of low and middle grade bauxites had been studied exploratively in triple-rollers and four-drums mill when using the different grinding mediums.The results showed that qualified concentrate of coarse fraction when using the grinding medium of steel ball,and the qualified production of better composition of size,which would be profitable for flotation,could be gained when using the grinding medium of steel stick.Higher grinding concentration and fewer number of medium would result in the worse grinding effect.When the grinding concentration was 66.7% and the number of steel stick was 16,the better grinding results were gained.
