摘 要:采用原矿浮选—浮选硫精矿焙烧—焙烧渣浸铜—浸铜渣氰化浸金的工艺对湖南某难选金矿进行试验研究,结果表明,铜回收率74.00%;金回收率91.14%;焙烧烟气为SO2,硫回收率95.17%;最终浸出渣为铁精矿品位68.72%、铁回收率86.23%。此工艺可综合回收硫、铜、金、铁四种元素,实现资源的综合利用。A copper-bearing sulfur-gold ore from Hu'nan province was studied by the process of floatation-roasting of sulfur concentration-acid leaching of copper-cyanide leaching of gold.The results showed that the copper recovery was 74.00%,the gold recovery was 91.14%.The flue gas from roasting was SO2,and its sulfur recovery was 95.17%.And the iron concentrate of TFe 68.72% with a recovery of 86.23% was also obtained.The technology which recycled sulfur,copper,gold,iron could realize comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.
