摘 要:采用双反浮选的方法对贵州某中低品位硅钙质磷矿进行了试验。考察了磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、捕收剂用量对精矿P2O5品位和P2O5回收率的影响。结果表明,当磨矿细度-0.074 mm占84.28%,原矿P2O5品位为26.04%的硅钙质磷矿经两段粗选、一段精选后,可以获得P2O5品位为31.38%、回收率为86.52%的磷精矿,浮选指标较好。Double reverse flotation process on a middle and low grade silicon-calcium collophanite from Guizhou Province was adopted.The factors which had effects on the grade and recovery of P2O5 were investigated,including grinding size,pH of slurry,dosages of collector.The experiment results showed that a phosphate concentrate of P2O5 31.38% with a recovery of 86.52% was obtained when using the process of twain roughing and once cleaning under the condition of the run-of-mine of P2O5 26.04℅ and grinding fineness of-0.074mm 84.28%.
